I Case(taking g=10)
½×20×20=10×h(As 'm' would be constant for both)
10×20=10×h

II Case(taking g=9.8)
½×20×20=9.8×h
10×20=9.8×h
200/9.8=h
20.40(approx)
Therefore h=20(approx)
