Answer:

given ,

u = 10 m/s

a = g = 10 m/s^2

t = 10 sec

we know,

v = u+at

v = 10+10(10)

v = 110 m/s

hope this helps u...........!

Answer:

90m/s is the velocity of the body after 10seconds.

Explanation:

Let the velocity with which body is thrown u = 10m/s

Let the velocity with which body returns = v m/s

Time taken by the body to attain a velocity v m/s = 10seconds

When a body is thrown from upwards it acceleration

= gm/s^{2} = 10m/s^{2}  in downward direction

a = -g = -10m/s^{2}

Using Ist equation of kinematics,

v = u +at

v = 10 -10(10)\\v =10-100\\v=-90m/s

Therefore ,90m/s is the velocity of the body after 10seconds in downward direction.
