acceleration of a body at all points during it's vertical motion will be g downwards.
By equation of motion

S = ut+ 1/2 at^2
=ut-1/2gt^2
=12×1 -1/2 ×10 ×1
=12 - 5
=7m
Distance travelled in 1st second =7m

H = u^2/2g
=(12)^2/20
=144/20
=7.2m

Time of flight = 2u/g
=2÷12/10
=2.4s

Hope this helps.
