Initial Velocity = u = 6 m/s

Acceleration = a = 1.5 m/s^2

Time = t = 5 seconds.

Now,

By Newton's second equation,

s = ut + at^2/2

= 6×5 + 1.5×5×5/2

= 30 + 1.5×12.5

= 30 + 18.75

s = 48.75 metres...
