By SECOND LAW OF NEWTON :
f = ma
∴ 8 = 2×a
⇒ a(acceleration) = 4m/s²
By first equation of motion :
(final velocity ) v = u+a×t { u = (initial velocity) }
u = 0 (as body was initially at rest)
⇒ v = 0 +2×t
⇒ v = 2t
K.E. = 1/2mv²
K.E. = 1/2 × 2 × (2t)²
⇒ K.E. = 4t²
