if momentum is 0.40kgm/s
then we know that
momentum=mass × velocity
0.40=0.025×v
v=0.40/0.025
=16m/s

kinetic energy =1/2mv^2
=1/2×0.025×16×16
= 3.2joules
hope it helps

First find velocity ,
Momentum = mass × velocity
0.4 = 0.025 × v
V = 0.4/0.025
V = 16 m/s

Next , find kinetic energy ,
KE = 1/2 m v^2
= 1/2 × 0.025 × 16 × 16
= 3.2 J
Hence the kinetic energy is 3.2 J
