h=20 × 25 = 500cm ⇒5m

t=20s

Solution:

We know that Work = mgh

and Power =Work/Time

⇒ Work = 45 × 10 × 5 = 2250J

⇒Power = 2250J/ 20s ⇒ 112.5W
