a body when acted upon by a force 10 kgs gets displayed by 0.5 calculate the work done by the force when the displacement 1) is the direction of the force 2) at an angle of 60° with a force and the 3) normal to the force (g=10N kg —¹

Work done = force * displacement * cos °

And force = mass * acceleration
= 10 * 10 = 100N

Therefore the work done = 100 * 1m * cos (60)
= 100 * 0.5 = 50 joules

The answer is 50Nm or 50Joule

Explanation:

Force=mass×acceleration

=10×10=100N

Displacement=0.5m

Workdone=force×displacement

=100N×0.5m=50J
