A bomb dropped from an aeroplane in level flight hits a target on ground which is500 m ahead of the point of dropping. if the speed of the aeroplane is 50m/s, calculate the height at which it was flying.

wholerootof2*500/10=10sec
s=ut+1/2gt^2
s=50*10+1/2*10*100
s=1000m
(im not sure about the answer though, but most probably this should be the method and answer)
