First we have to find the area which needs to be printed on each sheet.
We can find it by subtracting the area which is not to be printed to the area which is to be printed.
So the total area is 40x30= 1200cm²
Now to find the area which is not to be printed subtract 6 cm from both length and breadth
So we get 34x24= 816cm²
So the area to be printed would be equal to 1200-816= 384cm² per sheet
we need to print 5000sheets
so 5000x384=1920000cm²
It costs 5p to print 100cm²
So just divide it by 20 because 100/5=20 that means it cost 1p to print 20cm²
we get 1920000/20 = 96000p
It will cost 96000p and to convert it into RS just divide it by 100
So we get 96000/100= 960rs
