ANSWER:

  • Distance the boy covered in 10 minutes        = 1 metre
  • Therefore, Time taken to cover 600 metres   = 600 x 10

                                                                           =6000 minutes

                                 6000 minutes =  100 Hours

  • Hence, The time taken to cover 600metres is 100 hours.

Answer:

The boy will run 1 metre in 10 minutes, therefore he will take 6000 minutes/ 100 hours to run 600 metres.

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi there,

really hope this helps for future questions like this, I'm pretty sure this is correct (if not just let me know) ^-^ I found it really hard to believe that he walks/runs 1 metre in 10 minutes but i answered it anyways :3 Have a good day!

Step 1 (this really only takes one short step so-) :

Our question is:

1 metre = 10 min

600 metre = ? min

We must divide 600 × 10 by 1 to look like the picture below. We must first multiply 10 and 600 and then divide by 1. This will get us to a result of 6000 minutes (remember the minutes). And then of course we convert 6000 min to hours which is 100 hours.

I hope this helped at all :)) like i said- have a sweet Saturday, and pls mark me brainliest if it helped! (I'd appreciate it soooo much!)
