Rules:- Brown eyes Gene and Right handed genes are dominant over blue eye and left handed genes.
Now as per your question::-
Bown eye right handed man B?R? And blue eye right handed female bbR? have their first child blue eye left handed bbrr.
So ? of Male and female will be the recessive gene b and r.So
(1)Father Brown eyes right handed is of Genotype BbRr.
(2) Mother blue eyes right handed is of Genotype bbRr.As because:-
BbRr x bbRr can only give birth to blue eyed left handed child of Genotype bbrr.
