let us assume that the quantity in bucket is 8m units. It has 3m water and the 5n milk.
Now let's assume we withdraw 8n units of the mixture and are replace them with the water.
when we are taking out 8n units of the mixture, we are actually taking out the 3n water and 5n milk.
We are adding the pure water into the bucket.
new quantity of milk= 5m - 5n
new quantity of water= 3m- 3n + 8n = 3m - 5n
they are equal to each other
5m - 5n= 3m + 5n
2m=10n
m/n= 2/10 = 1/5
8m/8n= 1/5
