A builder builds 300m by 200 metre he builds three roads 4m wide along the length of the ploat and one in the middle on other side of the middle of the plot he build houses to sell find the area of plot for building house

there there is a rectangle which has a length is 300 M and breadth is 200 m
perimeter of
a rectangle =2(l+b)
=2(300+200)
=2×500
=1000
then ,
the 10 M Wide Road is built-in three side of the plot and the 10 M Wide is road is built in the middle in a plot so,
we should - 40 m from 1000
=1000-40
= 960 metres
