a bulb has a rating of 100w-220w on it.what does it mean?

actually first of all it should be 100W and 220V
it means that the bulb is made to operate at 220V and the power which it will deliver at this voltage is 100W .
It is not so ki aap us bulb ko 220V ke except kahin nahi Chala sakte but agar chalaye to yeh bulb will not deliver the same amount of power
If u want then u can also calculate the resistance of the bulb by the formula
power =V^2/R
where V = voltage on which the bulb is operated
and R = resistance of the bulb
