Given :

  • Distance = 35 km, Time = 5 hours
  • Distance = 120 km, Time = 2 hours

To find :

  • Ratio of their speed

According to the question,

We know that, Speed = Distance ÷ Time taken

In first case :-

→ Speed of Bullock = Distance ÷ Time taken

→ Speed of Bullock = 35 ÷ 5

→ Speed of Bullock = 7 km/h

In second case :-

→ Speed of car = Distance ÷ Time taken

→ Speed of car = 120 ÷ 2

→ Speed of car = 60 km/h

So,the ratio of thier speed is 7:60..
