distance = 10cm = 10/100 = 0.1m
Force = mass × acceleration
= 0.01 × v^2/2s
= 0.01 × 100 / 0.1 × 2
= 1/0.2

Time taken is
100 = 0.1 / t
= 0.1/100
= 0.001 seconds
