Velocity = 60m/s

bullet velocity (u)=0 m/s

gun velocity (u)=0 m/s

Applying law of conservation of momentum.

m_1u_1+m_2u_2 = m_1v_1+m_2v_2

m_1u_1+m_2u_2 = m_1v_1+m_2v_2

0.06 × 0 + 10 × 0 = 0.06 × 60 + 10v

= -3.6 + 10V

=V = -3.6/2 = -0.36 m/sec.

So, The recoil velocity of gun is -0.36m/sec
