Solution:-
First of all ,we have to convert 300m into km.
so,we will divide it by 1000.
300m = 300 \times  \frac{1}{1000} km \\ 300m = 0.3km
We have to convert 36 sec into hours,si we will divide it by 60 in order to convert into minutes and again we'll divide it by 60 to convert into hours.
36sec = 36 \times  \frac{1}{60} \times  \frac{1}{60}   \\ 36sec = 0.01hrs
Now,
Since we know that,
speed =  \frac{distance}{time}
speed =  \frac{0.3}{0.01}  \\ speed = 30km \: per \: hours
