Solution:-
First of all ,we have to convert 300m into km.
so,we will divide it by 1000.
$300m = 300 \times \frac{1}{1000} km \\ 300m = 0.3km$
We have to convert 36 sec into hours,si we will divide it by 60 in order to convert into minutes and again we'll divide it by 60 to convert into hours.
$36sec = 36 \times \frac{1}{60} \times \frac{1}{60} \\ 36sec = 0.01hrs$
Now,
Since we know that,
$speed = \frac{distance}{time}$
$speed = \frac{0.3}{0.01} \\ speed = 30km \: per \: hours$
