Mass of the bus is 10,000 kg
Velocity = 60 km/h = (60 x 1000) m/hr = 60,000/3600 m/s = (50/3) m/s
Now work done = change in kinetic energy
Here, initial kinetic energy (in joule)
= (1/2).m.v²
= (1/2) x 10000 x (50/3)²
= 1,388,888.889
As the bus stops finally the final velocity is zero,
thus its final kinetic energy will be also 0 [ (1/2) x 10000 x 0 = 0 ]
Therefore, net work done
= initial KE - Final KE
= 1,388,888.889 - 0
= 1,388,888.889 J

the final-initial should be there not initial-final
