The charge in the capacitor is 10^{-5}\ C.

Given :

Capacitance of capacitor , C=1\ \mu F=10^{-6} \ F\ .

Emf of cell is given as , 10 V and there is no internal resistance .

Therefore , Potential difference across the cell is also equal to emf i.e V = 10 V

We need , to find the charge on the capacitor ,

We know , Q=CV

Putting value of C and V in above equation we get ,

Q=10^{-6}\times 10\ C\\\\Q=10^{-5}\ C

Therefore , the charge in the capacitor is 10^{-5}\ C.

Hence , this is the required solution .
