A car accelerate uniformly form an initial velocity of 2m/s to a final velocity of 10 m/s in 8sec .It than shows down to a final velocity of 9m/s in 6sec .calculate the acceleration of the car during the first 8sec and during the last 6sec

Acceleration during first 8 sec
v=u+at \\ a= \frac{v-u}{t} \\ a= \frac{10-2}{8} \\ a=1 m/s^{2}

Acceleration during last 6 sec
v=u+at \\ a= \frac{v-u}{t} \\ a= \frac{9-10}{6} \\ a=-0.167 m/s^{2}

hope it helps :) please mark it as brainliest
