HOLA MATE YOUR ANSWER IS HERE:

acceleration = change in velocity/time

here's change in velocity = V2 - V

= 36-18 = 18 km/h = 18×5/18m/s = 5 m/s

1)so, acceleration will be:

a = 5/5 = 1 m/sec^2

2) according to the equation of motion:

s = ut + 1/2at^2

= 5×5 + 1×5×5/2

= 25 + 12.5 = 37.5m

s = 37.5 m

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU ✌️✌️

u= 5m/s

v=10m/s

t=5s

a=1m/s^2

s=37.5 m
