\textbf{ Hello Mate! }

As given in question

■ u = 18 km/h, ■ v = 30 km/h, t = 5s

18 km/h = 18 × 5 / 18 = 5 m/s
30 km/h = 30 × 5 / 18 = 8.3 m/s

a = ( 8.3 - 5 ) / 5 or 3.3 / 5 or 0.66 m/s²

s = ut + 1/2 at²

s = (5)(5) + 1 / 2 (0.6)(5)²

s = 25 + 0.3(25) or s = 25 + 7.5 or 32.5 m

\boxed{ a = 0.66 m/s^2 \: and \: s = 32.5 m }

Well, most common question asked here is v = 36 km/h but not 30 km/h

Then, 18 km/h = 5 m/s
36 km/h = 10 m/s

a = ( 10 - 5 ) / 5 or 1 m/s²

s = (5)(5) + 1/2 (1)(5)²

s = 25 + 12.5 or 37.5 m

Then answer will be

\boxed{ a = 1 m/s^2 \: and \: s = 37.5 m }

I gave two answer because may be you typed wrong question by mistake as seconds solution is of NCERT questions.

However refer to your respective answer.

Have great future ahead!

First , we will convert
18km/hr 18 (5/18) Which is equal to 5 m/s
30km/hr 30(5/18) Which is equal to 8.3.........
Time 5s
Acceleration v-u/t
5-8.3/5
-8.3
v^2-u^2= 2as
25-68.89=2(8.3)s
-43.89= 16.6s
S=-43.89/16.6 = 2.643....
