We get from the question that the speed of the car is 5 m/s and then decreases at 5m/s^2 rate while it is moving in a circular radius of radius 5m.

If we take the entire journey of the car in a circle, we will see that the point where it is having the velocity of 5 m/s will have a tangential acceleration along the direction of motion which will be at=v^2/r = 25/5= 5 m/s^2. since, the angle made by the tangent will be 90 with the vertices. Since, the acceleration is of decreasing in nature hence the angle will be along the direction of the velocity which will tend to be tangential with the circle at 45 degree. So, the angle between acceleration vector and velocity vector is 90+45=135 degree..
