This is a classic math problem, are you sure your teacher didnt give you this one as homework?

24/60= .4 
 this will be important later. This helps you find out how many hours you have to divide by to get the average speed.
You divide the distance by the time to get the average speed.
2hrs+.4 hrs =2.4 hrs.
This means that 200d/2.4h=8.3.33(repeating)km

200/2.4= 83.33(Repeating)

So the answer is 83.33(repeating) kmh average speed.
