a car travels a distance of A to B at a speed of 40 km/he.and returns to A at a speed of 30 km/hr.what is the average speed for the whole journey.what is the average velocity.

The average speed = total distance travelled/total time taken.
The average velocity is zero because the car after travelling to B comes back to A. So the displacement is zero and the average velocity is zero.
