Profit=20%

S.P.=(120/100)*450
=rs.540

Then
1 article =====540/12=>rs. 45

Profit =20%

So,profit =20/100*450=90

So,SP=CP+Profit

SP=450+90=540

Hence ,the required SP is Rs.540
