Answer:

The question is not clear but i will give answer as i understand.

Step-by-step explanation:

Circumference of flower bed=2(Pi)r

=2 x 22/7 x (64+4+4)/2

=2 x 22/7x 70

=440 m

Radius=70m

Area of flower bed=(Pi)r x r

                                =22/7 x 70 x 70

                                =15,400 sq. meters

Area of flower Bed excluding the path=(Pi)r x r

                                                       Radius=64/2

                                                                   =32

                                                                   =3.14 x 32 x 32

                                                                   =3215.36 sq. meters

Area of path=15,400 square meter-3215.36 square meter

                     = 12184.64 sq. meters
