By voting and obeying the law. when a person becomes an adult, the person is registered in the country and given an identity card. A person who holds an identity card is eligible for voting and fully obeying the laws of that particular country. When a citizen becomes a voter and votes, he or she is involved in the policy making of that local government. This is such that that person has been involved in choosing leaders of that local government.
