Class starts at 11:00 am to 2:27 pm

So the whole time is 3 hours and 27 minutes

So in minutes it's 60 x 3 + 27

= 207 minutes

If we take away the breaks in between the periods

207 - ( 5 x 4 )
= 187 minutes

So the time of all of the four periods together is 187 minutes

So we divide it by 4 to get the time of one period

187 / 4
=46.75 minutes (The answer)

I hope that helps you! Please rank my answer if it did!

Answer:

48

Step-by-step explanation:

From 10a.m. till 1.27 p.m., time=3 hours 27 minutes

=3×60+27=207 minutes

Total free time=5×3=15 minutes

∴Total time for the periods=207−15=192 minutes

∴ Each period has time =

4

192

=48 minutes
