so, In a clock there is a 5 gaps of time present between 1 to 6.

From that we can aspect that each such time interval is : 30/5 = 6 seconds.

Now, for 12 strike, there are 11 times gaps present between 1 to 12.

so the time it will take is (11*6)= 66 seconds.
