The electricity get generated due to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. This happen due to changing of magnetic force by changing the position of magnet but in this case magnet is held stationary. So no electricity is generated

Answer : No , however strong the magnet may be , current can be induced only by changing the magnetic flux through the loop.
