Let h be the height of the cone.
Then, radius, r = 2h
volume \: = \frac{1}{3} \pi {r}^{2} h \\ \frac{1}{3} \pi \times {(2h)}^{2} \times h = 36\pi \\ {h}^{3} = \frac{36 \times 3}{4} = 27 \\ height \: \: \: h = 3 \: m \\ radius \: \: \: r = 2 \times 3 = 6 \: m
