The temperature of absolute zero on the Celsius scale is T = -273.44 °C

Explanation:

The relation between temperature.

K = T + b ---(1)

Where

K is the temperature on absolute scale and C on Celsius scale.

If K = 0 Then T = -b

Therefore the absolute zero corresponds to - b on Celsius scale.

We know that

Pressure a temperature on absolute scale.

100 + b / b = 2.39 x 10^4 / 1.75 x 10^4 = 2.39 / 1.75

1 + 100 / b = 239 / 175

100 / b = 239 / 175 -1 = 64 / 175

b = 175 / 64 x 100 = 273 . 44

From equation (2) the value of absolute zero on Celsius scale is

T = - b = -273.44 °C

Thus the temperature of absolute zero on the Celsius scale is T = -273.44 °C
