Total surface area = 6864 cm^2

Cost of colouring = Rs 34320

● Explanation -

Total surface area of given object is -

Total surface area = curved surface area of cylinder + 2 × outer surface area of hemisphere

Total surface area = 2πrh + 2 × 2πr^2

Total surface area = 2πrh + 4πr^2

Total surface area = 2πr (h + 2r)

Total surface area = 2 × 22/7 × 14 (50 + 2×14)

Total surface area = 6864 cm^2

Cost of colouring is given by -

Cost of colouring = 6864 × 5

Cost of colouring = Rs 34320
