volume of cylinder = volume of cone
πR²H = πr²h/3
14*14*32 = r²*24/3
r² = 14*14*32/8
r = 28 cm
l = √R²+H²
l = √576+784
l = √1360
l = √4*4*5*5*3
l = 20√3 cm
