Given -
d = 5 \\  =  > r =  \frac{5}{2} \\ h = 14 \: m \\ csa \:  =2 \times   \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{5}{2} \times 14 \\  =  > 220  {m}^{2}
Cost = Rate × Area

=> Pasie. - 50 × 220

=> paise 1100

The cost of painting will be ₹110.

Given data :

Diameter of the tower = 5m

and ,height of the tower = 14 m

Painting cost = 50 paise/m²

Radius = 5/2 = 2.5 m

So,curved surface area of the tower = 2×π×2.5×14 = 2×22/7×2.5×14 = 220 m²

1 m² painting cost = 50 paise

220 m² painting cost = 220×50 = 11000 paise = ₹ 110 (answer)
