He/she can develop her immunity by injecting herself with vaccines so that she can help others with infections.They can also wear surgical masks and gloves and other hygienic methods  to avoid communicable diseases

A doctor/nurse/health-worker is exposed to more sick people than others in the community.

There are certain measures they adopt to that he/she avoids getting sick himself or herself .

They are :-

<> Wearing gloves

<> Washing hands before and after the treatment of the patient.

<> Regular cleaning of the 

<> Keeping place of work sterilized by using phenyl etc.

<> Wearing clean clothes

<> Keeping equipments , that are regularly used , sterilized
