S.P = ₹650
GAIN = 1/4 OF C.P = 1/4 X C.P
GAIN + C.P = S.P
1/4 X C.P + C.P = ₹650
C.P/4 + C.P = ₹650
C.P/4 + 4C.P/4 = ₹650. ( BY TAKING LCM)
5C.P/4 = ₹650
BY CROSS MULTIPICATION WE GET,
5C.P = 650 X 4
C.P = 2600/5 = 520
C.P=₹520
GAIN = S.P-C.P= 650-520=130
GAIN PERCENT= 130/520 X 100
= 25%
GAIN = 1/4 OF C.P = 1/4 X C.P
GAIN + C.P = S.P
1/4 X C.P + C.P = ₹650
C.P/4 + C.P = ₹650
C.P/4 + 4C.P/4 = ₹650. ( BY TAKING LCM)

GAIN = S.P-C.P= 650-520=130
GAIN PERCENT= 130/520 X 100
= 25%
