The fan rotates at 100 rpm.

The tip of the blade is 0.20m from the axis of rotation.

V=100 rpm =100/60=5/3 Hz

So, the Angular velocity (ω) is = 2πν = 2 × 3.14 × 5 /3= 10.46 m/s.

And the Linear velocity (v) is = ω x r = 10.46 × 0.20= 2.092 m/s.
