 Total \: assets \:of \: the\: father = Rs\:2,40,000

 \blue {1 )Elder\: son  \: portion} \\= One \: fourth \:of \: total \:assets \\= \frac{240000}{4} \\= 60000

 \pink {2) Remaining \: portion} \\= Total \: assets - Elder \: son \: portion \\= 240000 - 60000\\= 180000

 \red{ Portion \:of \: the \: daughter } \\= Half \:of \: the \: Remaining \: portion \\= \frac{ 180000}{2} \\= 90000

Therefore.,

 \red{ Portion \:of \: the \: daughter }\green{ = Rs \: 90000 }
