suppose the food chain is this
insect -frog - snake - eagLe
here if the insects are extinct then the -frog cannot survive. then the snake will be dead due to starvation as the frog. and the eagLe also dies due to starvation.
then there will be no life form on earth.

here is ur answer...
if any organism disappear from food chain...
then there process of eating food which is there in diet will be harmful affected...
for example..
if there will be no grass for primary organisms then they will die...
and it will affect another organism who eats that primary organism.......
