A force F=( 3i + 4j)N acts on a particle moving in xy plane starting from the origin the particle first go along x-axis to the point (4,0)m and then parallel to y-axis to the point (4,3 )m the total work done by the force on the particle

Given conditions ⇒

Force =  3i + 4j

Displacement vector,

Displacement along x axis =  4i

Displacement along y axis =  3j

∴ Total displacement = 4i + 3j

From the definition of the Work, It is the Scalar or the dot product of the Force and displacement.

Using the Formula ,

∴ Work Done = F · Displacement.

= (3i + 4j) · (4i + 3j)

= 12 + 12

= 24 J.

Hence, the total work done by the particles is 24 J.

Hope it helps.

Answer:answer is (3)

mark me brainliest if it helps

Explanation:displacement =4i^+3j^

Force=3i^+4j^

Work=F.d

=12+12

=24J
