p=f/A

p=1200/10×10^-2(1cm=10^-2m)

p=1200×10^2/10

p=12000 pascal

p=12×10^3pascal

Hey there!

Given,

Force(F) = 1200 N

Area (A) = 10 cm² = 0.001 m²

We know,

Thrust is the force acting normally to a surface.

So, Thrust = 1200 N

And, Pressure = Thrust / Area

                        = 1200 / 0.001

                       = 1200000 Pa

                       = 1.2 × 10⁶ Pa

Hope it Helps You!
