A former practicing organic farming does not kill the insect pests with pesticides. Do yo agree with statement? Give reasons.

Yes, the statement is true from my knowledge as because if a farmer is following organic farming it must be a necessary for him to leave some of the worms in the soil to make it fertile. In my farm also some of the workers come from outer to put some organism into it so to make the soil fertile.

so yes, it is true that the farmer doesn't kill the pests with pesticide rather it encourages its use.
