Question :-  ⬇

                            Q)  A fruit merchant has a stock 100 mangoes in which 'N' number of mangoes are superior variety and rest are of inferior variety. The merchant sells superior variety mangoes at the premium of '2N%' and the inferior variety of mangoes at a discount of '2N%'. Find the maximum loss% the merchant had to bear after selling all the mangoes and the cost price is same for each mangoes.

Answer :- ⬇

         profit on selling 1kg mangoes = 4Rs.

         loss on selling 1kg graphs = 1Rs.

Neither loss nor profit of selling 1kg strawberry.

Profit on selling 20 kg mangoes = 20 * 4 = 80Rs.

loss on selling 10 kg graphs = 10 * 1 = 10Rs.

strawberry gives him no profit no loss .

here,

          profit > loss

therefore ,

              profit = 80Rs.      ,     loss = 10Rs.

therefore ,

                 profit of= 80Rs. - 10Rs.

                           = 70Rs.
