a glass rod is rubbed with silk cloth.explain what will happen to their mass and charge

there is no change occurs in mass but on the basic the charge it get charged by rubbing on the silk because due to rubbing it gets -ve changed glass rod

*silk looses electrons & acquire a positive charge. 
*Since mass of an electron is very small so we neglect the increase in the mass silk & decrease in the mass of glass rod. 
*Due to very small mass of the electron. but in reality mass has been changed but Neglibly small.
