 \boxed {\bf{\colorbox {pink} {solution :--}}}

 <b> Length of the plot given = 100m

And bredth = 80m

Total area of plot = (L ×B)
==> 80×100
==> 800m^2

♦️️ Length of the first and second path are 100 and 80m respectively.

♦️And width = 5

Area of the first path ⤵️
==> 80 × 5
==> 400m^2

Area of second path ⤵️
==> 100 × 5
==> 500 m^2

Area of the center part -
==> 5 × 5
==> 25m^2

Both paths - center part

==>900 - 25
==>875m^2 ✔️✔️

Answer:

Figure in attachment .

Area of rectangle = length × breadth .

There are 4 small rectangles formed in the figure .

The area of the bigger rectangle can be calculated.

Then we will calculate the area of small rectangles .

Then subtract the value .

Area of the path = Area of the bigger rectangle - area of small rectangles

⇒ Area of the path = ( 100 m × 80 m ) - 4 × ( 75/2 m × 95/2 m )

⇒ 8000 m² - 4 × ( 7125 m² ) / 4

⇒ 8000 m² - 7125 m²

⇒ 875 m²

∴ Area = 875 m²

Step-by-step explanation:

The area of the rectangles is multiplied by 4 since there are 4 rectangles of equal area .

Also the length = ( 80 m - 5 m )/2 = 75/2 m

Breadth = ( 100 m - 5 m )/2 = 95/2 m
