ans. is 13%.
solution - 1/3 of sugar is sold at 10% gain. means sugar worth 1500 sold at 1650.
total profit need to earn is 12% of whole, i.e. 12% of 4500. which equals to 540. 150 rs. he already earned on 1500 of sugar. rest 390 (540-150) have to be earned on rs. 3000 (4500-1500). so he need to sell sugar of 3000 at 3390. 390 is 13% of 3000 as {(390 * 100)/3000 = 13%}. so solution is 13%.
